Are the prices on the website including VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT: 9% for books (print, eBooks, and audiobooks) and 21% for other products.
Will the book fit in my mailbox?
Yes, if the book (including packaging) fits through your mailbox. Otherwise, it will be shipped as a parcel via PostNL.
How long is the delivery time?
Most books are delivered the next day if ordered before 3 PM on business days. Some may take 3–5 business days.
For Belgium, please allow 1–5 extra business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the number of books ordered. These are shown at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if delivery takes longer than expected. Email hello@tinytraveller.co.
If the book has already shipped, you can return it after receiving it.
How is my order shipped?
Your order is shipped in recyclable packaging and delivered by PostNL.
How can I purchase a book?
You can place your order directly on our website. We’ll ship it in recyclable packaging via PostNL.
How can I pay?
We accept Revolut, iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact, and SOFORT Banking. Revolut is our preferred method.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through Revolut, one of Europe’s most trusted fintech platforms.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it’s in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We will refund the product price and any original shipping costs.
How soon will I get my refund after returning?
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

What if I have a complaint?
If your book hasn’t arrived, is damaged, or has a misprint—or if you have any other concerns—please email us.
If your book was damaged during delivery, notify us within one business day of receipt so we can resolve the issue.
